Need physical isolation or a non-US deployment?

Dedicated single-tenant infrastructure with no shared components, delivered by the Catapult CX enterprise consulting team. The sovereign deployment is bespoke: hosted on customer-specified non-US providers (for example Hetzner, OVH, Scaleway), with no US legal presence in the hosting chain.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Connect a document source with OAuth, select what to index, and you're ready to query. There's no IT project required.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS 1.3). GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001 aligned, G-Cloud listed. Read the full security approach.

Can I cancel anytime?

Starter and Pro are month-to-month, cancel whenever. Business is monthly with a 5-user / 10-user minimum. Enterprise contracts have a 12-month minimum term.

What happens when I hit my data quota?

You'll be notified before you reach the limit. Upgrade to a higher tier or trim what's indexed to free up space.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing at a discounted rate is on our roadmap. For now, all plans are billed monthly.

Is AI included or do I pay separately?

AI is included in every tier. No token costs, no LLM subscription to bolt on, no API keys to manage. You don't pay OpenAI or Anthropic, we do.
